ExploreLearning Gizmos Shockwave Movie Error

If your users receive an error message when trying to play Shockwave-based lessons on ExploreLearning, try the following:

Use the Adobe Shockwave Uninstaller to remove any instances of Shockwave on your machine.  That can be found HERE.
Once removed, go to ExploreLearning.com and pull up the lesson.  It should ask to install Shockwave.  Install Shockwave again.
If the error re-appears, you may need to go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > SECURITY > TRUSTED SITES and ADD ExploreLearning as a trusted site.  If you do this, be sure to UNCHECK the "SSL" box.

Hope this helps!

UPDATE: Though this did fix a couple instances of the problem, it did not fix all of them.  We are still researching the cause of some folks' machines still having this issue.
