(HIPPY) Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters is a home-based program.  Parents receive weekly lessons for thirty weeks.  Home-based educators will take lessons into the home weekly to the parents by way of role play.  Educators will role play the lessons with the parents.  The parents will then teach the lesson to the child. (ABC) The Arkansas Better Chance program is funded through an appropriation in the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Public School Fund budget.
